Refund and Returns Policy
This policy outlines our terms for orders, payment, cancellations, refunds, and shipping for both Ready-to-Wear and Custom-made garments.
Orders & Payment
Ready-to-Wear (RTW)
- All RTW orders must be paid in full before processing.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
- Items will not be reserved without payment.
Custom Orders
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- Timeframe for custom production depends on the type of garment and will be communicated during consultation.
- Any delay in payment may result in:
- Late production or delivery
- Additional fees to fast-track the process
- Late production or delivery
Complete cancellation of the process and a return of the customer’s fabric (if supplied)
Cancellations
- RTW orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- If cancellation is approved before production, a partial refund (less consultation or admin fees) may be issued.
Refunds & Returns
- Refunds are only issued for items that are:
- Out of stock after purchase
- Returned and approved under our exchange policy (see below)
- Custom pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a clear error on our part.
Exchanges
- RTW items may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Exchange approval is at the discretion of Ninie Ghana.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
- All shipping is handled by third-party delivery companies.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on location and weight.
- Ninie Ghana is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information at checkout.
Custom Order Production Timeline
- Production time varies based on the style and complexity of the dress.
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated individually after consultation.
We do our best to meet agreed timelines, but delays due to material shortages or emergencies will be communicated in advance.
