Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including consultations, fittings, and garment orders. By engaging with Ninie Ghana, you agree to the following:

Consultations are required for all custom or special-order garment inquiries. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A consultation fee may apply, which will be communicated before booking. This fee is non-refundable and covers time, design advice, and concept development.

Schedule a Consultation 

Each custom or semi-custom garment is entitled to a maximum of three (3) fittings:

  • First fitting: Initial try-on, adjustments assessment

  • Second fitting: Follow-up after alterations

  • Final fitting: Final approval and pick-up

Clients must attend fittings as scheduled. Delays or missed appointments may affect delivery timelines. Additional fittings beyond the three allotted may incur extra charges.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements or selecting the appropriate size for ready-to-wear garments.

  • Our size chart is available on our website and should be reviewed before placing any order.

  • Measurements for custom garments are taken during your consultation. Please wear appropriate undergarments for accurate sizing.

  • Minor fit adjustments are possible but may be subject to an additional fee depending on the extent of alteration requested.

All personal data, including measurements and design preferences, are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services to you. We do not share, sell, or disclose customer data to third parties unless required by law.

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and Ninie Ghana regarding consultations, fittings, and garment preparation. Any additional agreements, special requests, or changes must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.
